Description
Spirax Sarco M16Vi and M16Si ball valves are designed for isolation shut-off in steam and other industrial fluid applications. They are supplied with a lockable handle as standard and can be serviced directly without completely removing the valve from the pipeline. The valves support manual or remote control and feature an integrated ISO mounting platform for easy actuator installation without compromising seal integrity. Available models include M16Vi4 (ISO stainless steel ball valve with virgin PTFE seats) and M16Si4 (ISO stainless steel ball valve with reinforced PTFE seats). The products fully comply with the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).

Safety Information and Installation

Butt-weld versions are supplied as loose components. Weld both connection ends to the pipeline, allow the end caps to cool, and then assemble the valve body to the end caps to prevent high temperatures from damaging the valve seals.
