• Flexible installation position: Spring-loaded versions can be installed in any position, including horizontal, vertical, or inclined piping. Versions without a spring are suitable for vertical piping with upward flow, providing reliable operation under different service conditions.

• Durable materials: The body and disc are manufactured from high-quality bronze (CC480K-GS/CC483K-GS). The spring is made of CuSn6 F 90 bronze, and the centering ring is made of 1.4310 stainless steel. Optional EPDM or FPM soft seats improve sealing performance and chemical resistance.

• Low cracking pressure: 2.5-14 mbar without a spring and 10-33 mbar with a spring, enabling fast response at low differential pressure while reducing energy loss.

• Excellent sealing performance: Metal-to-metal seats provide leakage rate Class D according to EN 12266-1, while soft seats provide Class A performance. The valve is suitable for water, condensate, steam, non-hazardous gases, and air.

• Wide temperature capability: Metal seats support -200°C to +200°C for DN15-100 or -10°C to +300°C for DN125-200, making the valve suitable for cryogenic and high-temperature environments.
