Description
Spirax Sarco FT43 cast iron float-operated steam trap for DN80 and DN100 applications, with an integrated automatic air vent. Horizontal installation only; flanged connection. A 3/8” BSP or NPT threaded hole can be drilled in the valve cover as required for installation of a blowdown valve.

This product complies with the European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC and can be supplied with a CE mark when required. An EN 10204 2.2 certificate is available. Please specify the certificate requirement when ordering.

Sizes and Pipe Connections
DN80 and DN100 use EN1092 PN16 standard flanges. JIS/KS 10 flange connections are available as required.

Capacity
The capacities shown are condensate capacities at saturation temperature. When subcooled water is discharged, the air vent assembly increases condensate capacity. During start-up, the thermostatic air vent assembly opens, increasing condensate capacity.

Safety Information, Installation and Maintenance
For detailed information, refer to the installation and maintenance instructions supplied with the product (IM-S02-30). Install according to the flow direction indicated on the body. Ensure that the float arm is horizontal so the float can move freely in the vertical direction.

This product is recyclable and, when disposed of properly, presents no environmental hazard.
