Description
Spirax Sarco DP143, DP143G, DP143H and DP143Y cast steel pilot-operated pressure reducing valves are available in multiple models for different systems. DP143 is designed for steam systems; DP143G features a soft seat for compressed air and other industrial gases (not suitable for oxygen); DP143H is the high-temperature version, with a maximum temperature of 350℃; DP143Y is designed for sterilizers or critical pressure control and uses a low-pressure spring for downstream pressures of 0.2 - 3.0barg.

Sizes and Pipe Connections
Available sizes include DN15LC - low-capacity version, DN15, DN20, DN25, DN32, DN40, DN50 and DN80. Standard flanges include PN40, BS 10 Table ‘J’ and ANSI 300; ANSI 150 and JIS 20 versions are also available.

Safety Information, Installation and Maintenance
For detailed information, refer to the installation and maintenance instructions supplied with the product (IM - P006 - 07). Install the valve in a horizontal pipeline according to the flow-direction arrow on the valve body. Install a steam and water separator and a filter upstream to protect the pressure reducing valve.

Spare Parts
A range of spare parts is available, including the main diaphragm and pilot valve diaphragm. When ordering spare parts, specify the size and model of the pressure reducing valve. Spare parts for different sizes have limited interchangeability.
