Capacity
The capacities shown are condensate capacities at saturation temperature. During startup, condensate is cold, the thermostatic air vent is open, and additional condensate capacity is available. The additional cold-water capacities provided by the air vent at different differential pressures are shown below:
| ΔP (bar) | 0.5 | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4.5 | 7 | 10 | 14 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Additional cold-water capacity for DN15、DN20 (kg/h) | 70 | 140 | 250 | 380 | 560 | 870 | 1130 | 1500 |
| Additional cold-water capacity for DN25 (kg/h) | 120 | 240 | 360 | 500 | 640 | 920 | 1220 | 1500 |
Safety Information, Installation and Maintenance
For detailed information, refer to the installation and maintenance guide supplied with the product (M-P145-12).
Note
Install FTGS14 so that the fluid flow direction matches the direction indicated by the arrow on the body. Ensure that the float arm is horizontal and that the float can move freely in the vertical direction. If necessary, the flow direction can be changed onsite by rotating the cover 180 degrees. Ensure that the arrow on the nameplate points downward.
Disposal
This product is recyclable. Proper disposal will not create environmental problems.
