Applications

Spirax Sarco LE63 stainless steel control valve is widely used in industrial steam systems, process liquid regulation and gas flow control. In boiler rooms, heat exchangers and chemical production lines, it can provide precise pressure and temperature control, improve system efficiency and reduce energy consumption. It is suitable for high-temperature service up to 400°C, vacuum service and zero-emission environments, but is not recommended for direct-contact food applications in the European Union. Installation and Maintenance

• Installation notes: Refer to Spirax Sarco installation manual (IM-S24-42), ensure correct valve orientation with flow downward, and use an extended bonnet for high-temperature applications.

• Maintenance spares: Seal kits, plug/seat kits and bellows assemblies are available for rapid replacement. Regular inspection of seals and trim is recommended to extend service life; bellows service life can reach 200,000 operations.
