Description
Spirax Sarco SRV66 is a hygienic, self-draining pressure reducing valve with an angle-pattern connection. Constructed from 316 stainless steel, it is suitable for steam, water, and non-reactive gases. The valve features ASME BPE hygienic clamp connections, with ISO 2852 hygienic clamps also available as an option.
The standard product has stainless steel seals. Models with FEPM soft seals are also available.
No external pressure sensing line is required, and the valve supports clean-in-place (CIP) operation. Typical applications include supplying clean steam, gases, and liquids to bioreactors, centrifuges, sterilizers, autoclaves, process vessels, and clean equipment.
Valve Tightness
Valve tightness exceeds VD1/VDE 2174 requirements (leakage rate <0.5%Kv).
Standard Surface Polishing and Cleaning
Media-contact surfaces: (Ra<3.2 \mu m) ultrasonic cleaning. The following options are available at additional cost upon request:

Port Size and Pipe Connections
DN15, DN20, DN25, DN32 (ISO 2852 clamp only), DN40, and DN50 with ASME BPE or ISO 2852 hygienic clamp connections.
Pressure/Temperature Limits
See the product documentation. This product must not be used in specified areas or outside the stated limits, as doing so may damage internal components. The valve body design conditions for inlet and outlet pressure are shown in the pressure setting ranges below.
Kv Values
To achieve maximum control accuracy, especially where load fluctuations are significant, use the Kv value at 20% deviation. Use the maximum Kv value when sizing the safety valve.

Install SRV66 with the inlet vertical and the spring chamber facing upward.
