Description
Spirax Sarco TD32F flanged thermodynamic steam traps are maintainable, medium-pressure thermodynamic steam traps with an integral strainer and flanged connections, suitable for medium-pressure applications. TD32FLC is specifically designed for draining condensate under low-load conditions, such as in steam mains. TD32FA and TD32FALC feature an integral anti-air-binding disc for air discharge during start-up.

Sizes and Pipe Connections
DN15, 15LC, 20, 20LC, 25 and 25LC; ANSI B 16.5 Class 150 and 300, DIN 2501 PN40, and JIS/KS 10, 16, 20 flanges.
Other Options
Insulation cover (DN15 and DN20 only): prevents excessive heat loss and excessively frequent cycling when the steam trap operates in low-temperature, windy and rainy conditions.

Safety Information, Installation and Maintenance
For detailed information, refer to the installation and maintenance guide supplied with the product (IM - P068 - 26). TD32F is designed for horizontal installation with the bonnet facing upward. If there is downstream back pressure, installing a check valve is recommended. If discharging directly to atmosphere, installing a silencer downstream is recommended. For easier maintenance, isolation valves should be installed upstream and downstream of the steam trap.

This product is recyclable and, when disposed of properly, will not cause environmental pollution.
