Description
Spirax Sarco S13 ductile iron steam separator with flanged connection is a baffle-type separator designed to remove entrained liquid droplets from steam, compressed air, or gas systems. An insulation jacket can improve operating performance.

Size and Pipe Connections
DN40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 125, 150, and 200. EN1092 PN16 and PN25 flanged connections with threaded BSP drain outlets; JIS/KS10K flanged connections with threaded BSP drain outlets; JIS/KS20K flanged connections with threaded BSP drain outlets (DN40 - DN65 and DN200 only).

Operating Range
The product has an unusable region. Specific limitations apply to the temperature and pressure ranges for the different flange types: A - A flange JIS 10K, B - B flange EN1092 PN16, and B - C - D flange EN1092 PN25 and JIS 20K.

Installation and Maintenance
For detailed information, refer to the installation and maintenance guide supplied with the product (IMP023 - 55). Install in a horizontal pipeline with the drain outlet pointing directly downward. Note: To ensure rapid discharge of separated liquid, a suitable steam trap should be connected to the drain outlet.
Disposal
This product is recyclable and will not pose an environmental hazard if disposed of properly.
